This article is a documentary study of the research titled “reforms in higher education. Practices and modes of subjectivation teaching” of the interinstitutional PhD in education of the National Pedagogical University. It contextualizes the historical moment in which the Colombian professor develops and the author recognizes the emergence of a political subjectivity capable of resisting in the domain of New Public Management (in later NGP), redirecting it. This article intends to introduce an approach to the “ways of doing” of the university professor from a form of governance of the University: the new public management, which structure the neoliberal educational strategies of the 21st century.
